Cloak refers to a hero who is invisible and difficult to see by enemy players. In Heroes of the Storm, ‘cloaks’ refers to Zeratul, Nova, Valeera, and Samuro – all of whom are notably assassins. To balance the advantage gained by being invisible, cloaked heroes have lower health pools than other heroes in the same class.
Cloaks is also a term heard in StarCraft, where each race has a few units that are cloaked.
Terran have banshees and wraiths, Protoss have Dark Templar and anything standing near an Arbiter, and Zerg units are able to burrow and effectively cloak themselves.
